We operate as a technology platform — we are not the owners, landlords, managers or letting agents of any listed properties. The platform provides listings verified against published standards, self-serve agreement templates, and payments processed and held by Stripe, a regulated payment institution, under published automated rules. All lettings are agreed directly between the homeowner and the guest; homeowners are responsible for short-term-let registration and legal compliance.
Every property is checked against our published listing standards before publication. Listings must be submitted by property owners or authorised representatives, and facts — identity, ownership, photos — are verified.
