Every listing shows a guide price and a secure price. Offer any amount: the homeowner accepts or declines offers below the secure price, and an offer at or above it is accepted automatically — the home is yours to sign for. The letting is agreed directly between you and them — the platform provides the agreement, the payment schedule and the published rules.
A comprehensive Master Booking Agreement is generated covering two-sided cancellation terms, damage liability, the security deposit process, occupancy rules, and breach clauses. Both parties sign digitally.
Pay the 25% booking deposit through Stripe at signing to secure the letting. The balance is collected automatically 85 days before the event and held by Stripe until after check-in; the security deposit is collected 30 days before arrival. Every milestone is notified by email.
Receive full property details and check-in instructions. Record a short check-in video on the platform to document the property's condition — your protection as much as the homeowner's. If no damage claim is filed within 72 hours of checkout, Stripe automatically refunds your security deposit in full.
